Core X System Drill-Steps
Core X System’s Drop Step drill teaches you how to generate whole-body stability with reverse-driven rotation. In this basic-level video, you will learn how to create and perform Drop Step drills. There are endless Drop Step variations and applications within every sport, activity, exercise, and leisure activity!
The Drop Step drill gives the athlete the ability to:
- Maintain neutral position when moving reverse into rotation, and aids to prevent injury.
- Stabilize the CORE, plus the spine, hip complex, shoulder complex all at once.
- Activate the CORE while changing foot and arm positions to the rear.
- Perfect for tennis, soccer, basketball, football, baseball, volleyball for example.
