Core X System Drill-Steps

The most important Core X System position is ‘Core Neutral.’ In this basic-level video, you will learn how to create and perform the Core Neutral position. There are endless Core Neutral variations and applications within every sport, activity, exercise, and leisure activity!

The Core Neutral position gives the athlete the ability to:

  • Assume a whole-body neutral position and aid to prevent injury.
  • Stabilize the CORE, plus the spine, hip complex, shoulder complex all at once.
  • Activate the CORE before performing any type of exercise or sports movement.
  • Prepare for the Core X System drills, and any other sport.
