The Core X System offers a step-wise approach to functional therapeutic patient education. Our program provides foundational education and patient training support throughout the rehabilitative process. The result is a patient-accountable home-based movement therapy program that meets patient expectations for a variety of movement malfunctions and joint mal-positions.
The Core X System is a movement-driven active therapy utilizing the patient wearing our cross-spine elastics-driven device and a program to re-establish core recruitment. There are 10 basic Core X System rehabilitative movement patterns that program, in real time, unstable and aberrant joints (hip, knee, ankle, shoulder, thoraco-lumbar junction, sacro-pelvic glide) from “novel-to-known” functional/active/pain-free ranges of motion.
Home-based active care is the most reliable, low-cost, patient-centric methodology to re-train the elemental components of all-body human movement. The Core X System solves many of the home-based therapy requirements for the physiotherapist, physical therapist, and the chiropractor for very low cost.
