Lisa Austin is an incredible trainer and athlete with diverse experience and an inspirational style. After receiving her B. A. in Exercise and Sports Studies at the University of Texas Arlington, Lisa knew she was destined for a career in fitness.

As an all-star athlete in track and field, Lisa was a NCAA All-American triple jumper and went on to coach Track and Field at the University Nevada Las Vegas. Her prior experience also includes the development of fitness training programs for professional athletes, including such names as Jennifer Capriati, Martina Navratilova, and Eleni Daniliidou. Lisa recently trained 8 of the top 15 professional basketball draft picks for 2008.

Lisa is classified as a Master Trainer. Her training expertise includes everything from corrective exercise techniques to Sports Performance Conditioning. As a Core X System Course Trainer, Lisa brings all of her expertise to you through the Core X system for the best Core Exercise program available.
 
 

Coach Dean believes that training excellence is defined by someone who sets the best example themselves. With his strong background in anatomy, cardiovascular conditioning and exercise recruitment theory, Coach Dean’s expertise readily applies to a comprehensive training program such as the Core X System.

Coach Dean holds two national certified trainer certifications; NSCA & ACE. In 2005, The NSCA commission published Coach Dean’s submission for their mission statement. Coach Dean is NSCA endurance conditioning certified through the UVM Human Performance Lab.

Coach Dean authored the NCEP Credentialed ‘Cardiovascular Conditioning & Anatomy Module’ & exam: a 14-hour lecture & workshop. Coach Dean is a certified stretch technician through NCEP. A passion of Coach Dean’s practice is devoted to metabolic and anthropometric assessment. Based on indirect calorimetery, New Leaf certified Coach Dean to perform tests that unlock a client’s “metabolic blueprint”.
