The Core X System looks at the many dysfunctional movements that go unnoticed by even the most trained eye because of the variety in the perceived fundamental principles of movement. The Core X System identifies these dysfunctions and enlightens the trainer to effectively identify the individual’s limitations or altered movement. The trainer eye becomes more refined and scrutinizing when looking at various movement mechanics and motor skills. Upon completion of learning the foundational moves in the Core X System 8-hour Workshop, the trainer is armed with the knowledge of the myofascial integrative center, and how it relates to the body as a whole with respect to basic movement patterns. The trainer can progress their client effectively through the Core X System Program, and all other movement and training will be thoroughly enhanced.
